An Accutane damages lawsuit has been filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey on behal of a Michael P. Fleming & Associates, P.C. client by local/co-counsel attorneys.  It is alleged Fleming's client suffers from Inflammatory Bowel Disease, including Ulcerative Colitis, Ulcerative Proctitis and Pancolitis resulting from the use of the acne medication Accutane.

Defendants in the injury lawsuit include drug manufacturer Hoffmann - La Roche, Inc, and affiliated companies.
