Zoloft lawyers around the country have concentrated their investigations of SSRI drugs on the antidepressant Zoloft which is made by drug giant Pfizer.

SSRI drugs are Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors.  Some of the most popular SSRIs include Zoloft, Prozac, Paxil, Celexa, Lexapro and Sarafem.

Zoloft and the other SSRIs are believed to be responsible for birth heart defects including atrial septal defects, ventricular septal defects, tetrology of fallot, hypoplastic left heart syndrome, total anomalous pulmonary venous return, double outlet right ventricle and coarctation of the aorta.
